Task: Enlist Current Tools With Client
In this task, an inventory of platforms and tools currently used by Client is documented.

Main Description

Once the tools requirements are finalized, the next task is to capture the details of current Client tools to help analyze and design the To-Be tools landscape.

The Tools Subject Matter Experts must make an inventory of in-scope applications and systems required for process execution, provided and updated by Client. Against this inventory the requirements are mapped and gaps identified to help develop the design for To-Be tools landscape.

The Tools Subject Matter Experts should liaise with Engagement Manager (Transition) for any support required to help capture the current Client tools. Once the list is finalized it should be shared with Client for verification and validation before commencing the design of the to-be tools landscape.
